TYPES OF COFFEE BEANS
Arabica roasted coffee beans are known for their smooth, aromatic, and mildly acidic flavor with notes of chocolate, caramel, fruit, and flowers. They contain less caffeine than Robusta and offer a cleaner, less bitter cup. Grown at higher altitudes, Arabica beans are considered premium and are widely used for filter coffee and espresso.
Robusta coffee beans have a strong, bold, and bitter flavor with earthy, woody, and nutty notes. They contain higher caffeine than Arabica and produce a heavier body with more crema. Robusta beans are hardy, high-yielding, and commonly used in strong coffee blends and instant coffee.
Peaberry coffee beans are a natural mutation where a single, round bean forms instead of two, resulting in more concentrated flavor. They are known for brighter acidity, enhanced sweetness, and smoother body compared to regular beans. Often sorted and sold as premium, peaberry beans roast more evenly and offer a clean, vibrant cup.

Arabica raw seeds are green coffee beans appreciated for their smooth flavor potential and natural sweetness. They are cultivated at higher elevations, handpicked when ripe, and processed with care before drying and grading for roasting.
Robusta raw seeds are unroasted green coffee beans known for their high caffeine content and strong, earthy character. They are produced from hardy plants grown at lower altitudes, then harvested, pulped or sun-dried, washed, dried to safe moisture levels, hulled, and graded before roasting or sale.
Peaberry raw beans are single, round coffee seeds that develop when only one bean forms inside the coffee cherry instead of two. They are produced naturally in about 5–10% of any harvest and are carefully separated during processing; after harvesting, the cherries are pulped, fermented or washed, dried, hulled, and then size-sorted to isolate the peaberry beans.
