• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
• During peak seasons, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly longer. We will notify you in case of significant delays.

• We currently ship across India.
• International shipping is not available at this time unless explicitly stated on the website.

• We work with reliable third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
• The shipping method will be selected automatically at checkout based on your location and order size.

• Local (Hyderabad): 1–2 business days
• Within Telangana & Nearby States: 2–4 business days
• Rest of India: 3–7 business days

 Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or regional restrictions. 

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
• We may offer free shipping on select orders, locations, or promotional periods, as mentioned on the website.

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
• You can track your shipment using the courier partner’s tracking page.

• Please ensure that the shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete.
• Mana Coffee is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address details.
• Our courier partners may require a signature or OTP confirmation at the time of delivery.

• If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incorrect address, or refusal to accept, we will contact you for re-shipment.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping.

• If your package arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
• We will investigate and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.

• For bulk orders, wholesale, or B2B shipments (e.g., raw coffee beans for retail shops), delivery timelines and shipping charges may vary.
• Our team will coordinate directly with you regarding logistics and delivery schedules.

•  Mana Coffee is not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government regulations, or courier service disruptions.
